Refund Policy

1. Overview

UGCEE operates a performance-based UGC marketplace where brands pay only for verified organic views delivered by creators. Due to the nature of our platform, all payments are tied to measurable performance outcomes.

2. Brand Payments

Brands are only charged for verified views delivered. No upfront fees are collected. If a campaign does not deliver views, no charges are incurred.

In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect charges, brands may request a review by contacting us within 7 days of the charge.

3. Creator Earnings

Creator earnings are calculated based on verified view counts and the payout rate set by the brand for each campaign. Earnings are non-refundable once paid out.

If fraudulent activity or artificial inflation of views is detected, UGCEE reserves the right to withhold or reverse earnings.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge or payout is incorrect, contact us within 7 days at the details below. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
